Quick answers about beta access, supported channels, and getting started.

Is elsOps production ready?

elsOps is currently presented as a beta version. It is suitable for early customers who want guided setup and direct feedback loops.

Which channels are supported first?

Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify are the Phase 1 channels.

How much does beta access cost?

Beta access is currently free for eligible beta customers. No credit card is required to start.

Do you add hidden shipping fees?

No. Shipping uses the customer EasyPost API, so negotiated rates and billing stay with the customer, EasyPost, and the selected carrier. elsOps does not add a hidden shipping markup.

Can I use my own negotiated carrier rates?

Yes. When those rates are available through the customer EasyPost account, elsOps can surface them inside the fulfillment workflow.

How do you validate shipping setup?

Shipping accounts can be checked before fulfillment use so teams can confirm the EasyPost connection and reduce avoidable label or rate errors.

What happens if shipping rates are unavailable?

elsOps is designed to support fallback handling, such as alternate configured shipping options or manual handling, when an account or rate path is unavailable.

Can I use it before all features are complete?

Yes. Beta access can focus on the workflows you need first, then expand as new modules are activated.

Do you support multi-company data separation?

The application is built with company-level tenancy in mind so company data can stay separated.
