Privacy coverage for North America.
elsOps initially targets sellers operating across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Scope
This Regional Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. It explains how elsOps approaches privacy rights and marketplace buyer PII obligations for our initial North America focus: United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are targeting sellers that use Walmart, Shopify, and Amazon together in these markets. As elsOps expands to additional countries, including the United Kingdom and Germany, this notice may be updated.
United States
elsOps applies a U.S. privacy baseline that includes notice, purpose limitation, reasonable security safeguards, limited retention, deletion or masking of buyer PII after shipment, and response to verified privacy requests where applicable.
Where state privacy laws apply, including California privacy requirements such as CCPA/CPRA where applicable, eligible individuals may have rights to know or access personal information, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights. elsOps does not sell buyer PII or share buyer PII for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Canada
For Canada, elsOps aligns its privacy approach with PIPEDA and substantially similar provincial privacy laws where applicable. This includes accountability, identifying purposes, consent where required, limiting collection, limiting use, disclosure and retention, accuracy, safeguards, openness, individual access, correction, and complaint handling.
Canadian users or buyers may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, information about how personal information is used or disclosed, and review of a privacy concern. Requests involving marketplace buyer PII may need to be verified through the customer or seller that controls the related order.
Mexico
For Mexico, elsOps applies a privacy baseline for personal data protection, including notice, purpose limitation, reasonable security safeguards, limited retention, access controls, and deletion or masking of buyer PII after shipment where permitted by law and marketplace requirements.
Mexican users or buyers may have privacy rights under applicable personal data protection laws, including rights to access, correction, cancellation, objection, or similar requests where applicable. Requests involving marketplace buyer PII may need to be verified through the customer or seller that controls the related order.
Future regions
The United Kingdom, Germany, and other countries are not active signup targets at this stage. When elsOps expands beyond North America, we will update signup options, regional notices, marketplace configuration, and applicable compliance language before supporting those countries.
Marketplace buyer PII across regions
Across the initial North America regions, buyer PII received from marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify is used only for permitted fulfillment, shipping, tracking, support, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes. elsOps deletes or irreversibly masks buyer PII after shipment completion and tracking upload or confirmation, unless a limited legal, marketplace, fraud, chargeback, tax, audit, security, or support retention exception applies.
International data transfers
elsOps may process data in countries other than where the user, seller, or buyer is located. Where regional laws require transfer safeguards, elsOps uses appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational protections, including customer instructions, service provider obligations, access controls, and security measures.
Requests and contact
Privacy requests for any supported region can be sent to support@elsops.com. To help us verify and route the request, include your country, relationship to elsOps, company name if applicable, connected marketplace, and non-sensitive order reference where relevant. Do not send buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, or other buyer PII unless requested through an approved support process.
