Last updated: July 7, 2026

Beta service

elsOps is currently offered as a beta product. Features, pricing, channel support, and service availability may change as the product develops.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining authorized channel access, validating synced data, and using the service in compliance with marketplace rules and applicable laws.

Marketplace data and buyer PII

Customers must use buyer PII and marketplace data only for permitted order fulfillment, shipping, support, fraud prevention, tax, compliance, and security purposes. Customers must not export, sell, share, use for unrelated marketing, or use buyer PII outside the permissions granted by the relevant marketplace and applicable law.

GDPR and privacy law compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with the General Data Protection Regulation, UK GDPR, and other privacy laws that apply to their marketplace operations, including providing required notices, maintaining a lawful basis, honoring data subject rights, and ensuring elsOps is authorized to process connected marketplace data.

Initial regional coverage

elsOps' initial public policy coverage is intended for North America: the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Customers operating in additional countries are responsible for confirming whether extra legal, tax, marketplace, localization, data transfer, or privacy requirements apply before using elsOps for those regions.

Deletion after shipment

elsOps is designed to delete or irreversibly mask buyer PII after shipment is completed and tracking has been uploaded or confirmed, subject to limited retention for legal obligations, marketplace requirements, fraud review, chargebacks, tax, audit, or active support cases.

Security cooperation

Customers must keep user accounts secure, assign access only to authorized personnel, promptly remove users who no longer need access, and notify elsOps of suspected unauthorized access or misuse of marketplace data.

Limitation

The service is provided for commerce operations support and does not replace business, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
