There are no customer subscription charges during the current free early customer access period.

Refund review

Refund requests can be reviewed based on billing errors, duplicate charges, or service issues. Approved refunds may be credited to the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation through support. Access can be closed after the request is reviewed.
