Support is focused on onboarding, channel setup, sync questions, and operational workflow issues.

How to get help

Contact support at support@elsops.com with your company name, connected channel, affected workflow, and non-sensitive order references where useful. Do not send buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other buyer PII unless elsOps specifically requests it through an approved support process.

Supported topics

Beta support can help with signup, channel accounts, product sync, order sync, inventory workflows, pick lists, packing, tracking upload, and beta access questions.

PII deletion requests

For buyer PII deletion or masking questions, include the channel, company, order identifier, and shipment status. elsOps will verify the request and remove or mask PII after shipment completion unless a limited retention exception applies.

GDPR requests

For GDPR access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection requests, contact support@elsops.com. Requests involving marketplace buyer data may need to be verified through the customer or marketplace seller that controls the related order.

Regional privacy requests

For privacy requests from the United States, Canada, or Mexico, include your country and relationship to the account or order. elsOps will route requests under the applicable regional policy and may coordinate with the customer or marketplace seller when they control the related buyer PII.
